Export Quotation Support
Hanlang helps overseas buyers organize the information needed before export quotation review: product configuration, order quantity, destination, trade term, certification expectation, packing, voltage, plug, and shipment assumptions.
Why This Page Exists
A reliable quotation depends on what the buyer wants to buy, how it will be configured, where it will ship, which trade term is being discussed, and what must be confirmed manually. This page explains the public quotation workflow before the RFQ enters Hanlang's Chinese internal confirmation process.
Trade Terms
Buyers can submit RFQs for EXW, FOB, CIF, or DDP discussion. CIF and DDP assumptions require extra confirmation because freight, insurance, destination clearance, duties, VAT, delivery route, and local rules must be checked manually before business use.
RFQ Information Needed
Product category, model direction, capacity, function set, voltage, plug, color, branding, and customization notes.
Expected quantity, destination port or city, target market, shipment timing, and preferred trade term.
Certification expectation, label language, manual language, channel requirements, and any market-specific document needs.
Export carton, retail box, protective material, pallet requirement, barcode, manual, and label details.
Container plan, freight direction, destination handling, insurance expectation, and delivery notes that affect the quotation discussion.
Hanlang reviews the RFQ in the Chinese backend and confirms missing information before formal quotation preparation.
From RFQ to Review
Buyer shares product, quantity, market, destination, trade term, certification, packing, voltage, and plug details.
The inquiry enters Hanlang's internal Chinese workflow for assignment and structured review.
Sales and quotation staff confirm missing configuration, packing, document, and shipment assumptions.
A formal quotation is prepared only after the required information, trade-term assumptions, and compliance notes have been reviewed internally.
