When you submit an RFQ, Hanlang may collect your name, company, country or region, email, WhatsApp or phone, product category, expected quantity, trade term, destination port or city, voltage and plug requirements, certification needs, OEM/ODM requirements, message content, source language, and source page.

Information is used to make the follow-up more accurate and traceable.
Export Quotation Communication
Quantity, trade term, destination, packing, and certification information helps Hanlang prepare the questions needed before a formal quote.
Supply-Chain Coordination
RFQ data supports internal discussion about product fit, sample direction, packaging, inspection communication, and shipment document coordination.
Internal Follow-Up
The inquiry can be assigned, checked, and followed up inside the Chinese backend workflow.
